Pigalle was the in-house Events Manager for the cabaret bar and restaurant Volupté for over eight months. She was responsible for devising and producing the press launch, establishing and programming the weekly supper club Cabaret Salon, and monthly Friday Follies.
Volupté opened to rave reviews and full restaurant bookings, with Cabaret Salon still running to date.
“Wednesday nights are Cabaret Salon, as refined an evening as you can get…The mix is perfect and enough talent to make you wish you had a record label on the side” – Simone Baird, Contributing Editor, Time Out
She liaised closely with the chef, to devise a three-course supper club programme for Cabaret Salon, that keyed into the weekly changing menu. She commissioned leading performers from London’s vibrant cabaret and burlesque scenes, such as Esme Bianco, now actress on Game of Thrones, and Dusty Limits, 2012 and 2013 London Cabaret Award winner for Best Compere . She also held auditions to discover newcomers such as Tracey Collins, most recently runner up for the 2013 Musical Comedy Awards.
Pigalle also instigated and programmed the monthly Friday Follies, which focused on live bands, DJs, cocktails and dancing.
