Pigalle has an extensive background in marketing and PR gained from a decade in the fashion industry. She originally ran her own fashion business and raised profile over five years, through to Communications planning for the launch of Jasmine di Milo, a high-end fashion label and in-store boutique at Harrods, and headed up marketing and PR for the designer Lezley George.

Pigalle draws on this expertise to provide marketing and PR support for museums and cultural organisations. She developed a social media campaign for the Mayor of London, 2012 Cultural Olympiad project Hatwalk, worked closely with the National Portrait Gallery marketing and PR team to develop and deliver the highly successful Glamour Factory campaign, and devised campaign concepts for the English National Ballet to support their regional tours.

As part of Contemporary Vintage, Pigalle co-ordinated and facilitated an audience development workshop, bringing together the marketing teams of the Brighton Dome & Festival Limited and Royal Pavilion & Museums, to scope potential shared audiences, and identify joint marketing and development initiatives.

During her time as the Events Manager for the charity TimeBank, Pigalle liaised with the communication team towards the refresh of the organisation’s brand positioning, and gave a talk to communications managers across the third sector on how TimeBank used co-creation to stay relevant in fast moving times.
