Pigalle was the in-house Events Manager for the volunteer charity TimeBank, over a two-year period. TimeBank formed an internal brand steering group, in preference to hiring an external creative agency, to oversee and implement a refresh of the original brand design (see pictured above left). Pigalle worked closely with the Communications team and TimeBank’s employees, as part of this steering group, towards refreshing the original logo (see pictured above right), and revising the company’s vision, mission and values.

Pigalle devised and facilitated co-creation workshops with the internal employee, mentoring and youth volunteer teams, towards to final copy, look and feel of the revised logo. Key strap words were developed through the workshops, defining what volunteering meant from a personal perspective. These were linked to the main logo, with flexibility built in relating to each of the teams and towards long term use.
